3701-31-04 (B)(4) The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(j) Critical SVRS device was not tested in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Have the SVRS device tested immediately and maintain the test results on site.

Comments

Operator (Doug) had not started doing the daily log sheets recording pool testing. I will email you a form that is to be used to record the measurement of free chlorine, combined chlorine, pH - every 4 hours while pool is in operation. Alkalinity must be tested weekly. Also, the operator did not know how to test the Vac-Alert device. I suggested he talk with the previous pool operator (Dave), if possible, to learn how to test it to make sure it works. Finally, the flow meter was not working. Doug said he was aware of it, and has a new one ordered.
