3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) Required turnover rates were not met. Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) Repeat Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches. Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier.

3701-31-04 (C)(2) Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.

Comments

The perimeter fence had a gap larger than 6 inches at the northwest corner. Operator stated that they are planning to repair prior to opening. pH was a little low. Flow rate was a little low .... 50 gpm, but needs to be 58 gpm. Also, please check into the new filter flow rating. The data plate said something about 20 gpm. If that is the maximum it is able to handle, then you'll need to get that rectified.
