Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.

3701-31-04 (C)(3) Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.

At least before next season: recommend securing-down several of the ladders - some were loose. Also, the water slide anchor to cement deck was a little loose as well. Finally, before next season, patch some areas on cement deck where divets are found over by the diving boards, especially. Also, don't forget to test for alkalinity at least once per week.
