3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. The flow meter was maxxed out- bobber possibly stuck? Or just not reading correctly - showing a rate of about 80 gpm. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

I will send you an Equipment Replacement Notification form to fill out regarding the new chlorine feeder. If the flow meter is still reading too high after trying out a new one, the pump might need to be throttled back. The rate of flow cannot exceed 63 gpm for proper operation of the filter.
