3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) Required turnover rates were not met. Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.

3701-31-04 (C)(2) pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.

3701-31-04 (C)(3) Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.

Rate of flow has always been low on this pool. May be a design issue? Water clarity and chemistry has never been a problem. COVID prevention measures included: spacing of deck chairs / tables. Recommended posting a sign telling guests what the maximum capacity of the pool is; reminder about social distancing; and provision of sanitization equipment in restroom (spray bottle with disinfectant so that guests can clean if they choose to). Operators stated there is not much anticipated usage of the pool due to lack of activity / rentals for the party building and hotel rooms.
