Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.

3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) Critical Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.

Chlorine was a little low - however, pool hadn't opened for the day at the time of inspection (approx. 10:00 am). There is time to get the level up to 1.0 before opening.
