Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.

I didn't realize at the time of inspection, until I pulled up your file to complete your inspection report, that your flow rate was under the required level. I measured it today at 75gpm, and the required rate is 90 gpm, or up to 106gpm. Does the filter need backwashed? Sometimes that is the reason for this. All else was OK!
