3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) Entry gate was standing open at the time of inspection. Gates must be self-closing and self-latching. Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier. Repair the gate so that it self-closes and self-latches.
