3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. (Flow-meter) Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner. Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated.

Re-paint the depth markings around the deck. Use "ft" to indicate measurement. Repair the flow meter - it was stuck again. Vac- alert was tested at the time of inspection - showed that it released pressure on the line.
