3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) Required turnover rates were not met. Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.

Everything looked good.... just the usual flow rate issue! Operator mentioned that there is plans for a new heater and possibly a replacement filter before next year. Hopefully that will make a difference.
