Required turnover rates were not met.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.
3701-31-04 (C)(2)
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2)
Critical Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.

I noticed from your daily water testing records that your reading at 3:00 this afternoon was 3.0 ppm chlorine whereas mine was 0.6 ppm chlorine. Just wanted to point this out and maybe we can discuss further. The manager showed me how they do the testing, and they are following the directions on the particular chemicals you have, so maybe it is just a difference in the type of testing kit? That is quite a range of difference, though.

Also, the flow meter reading showed 550 gpm as best as I could tell from my vantage point. The meter is getting fairly hard to read (numbers worn off) so maybe next year you could get a new one that is easier to determine.
