3701-31-04 (E)(3)(c) Repeat Sign indicating the location of the emergency device (telephone) was not provided and emergency device was not visible in the pool area. Ensure that a sign informing patrons of the location of the emergency device is always visible in the pool area.

Put up a sign within the pool perimeter that states the availability of an emergency phone in the office. The ladder on the east side of the pool is loose - can be pulled up from the deck. Perimeter fence entry gate was self closing and latching. However, the doors from the pool-side were standing open, allowing unfettered entrance to the pool.
