Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Total alkalinity was not tested weekly.

Gates or doors were not self-closing. To meet this rule the door must self close in between entry / exit of users.

Comments
The rate of flow going through the filter is higher than the filter rating. Just double check on this.

The gate between the sprayground and the pool was held open by a bungee cord. The gate needs to be kept closed according to regulations.
