3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) Required turnover rates were not met. Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.

3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) Critical Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.

Chlorine was a little low. Also, when I was able to check the flow rate against the minimum required, it showed that the flow was a little under that which is required to produce a 8 hour turnover through the filter.
