| 3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) Repeat Required turnover rates were not met. The measured rate of flow from the flow meter was 60 gpm, and according to the calculated rate that is needed to produce an 8 hour turnover of the pool water volume is 71 gpm. Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.  |
