| New pumps and filters installed. Plans were submitted to ODH and approved. Per conversation with Corey Schwab, of ODH, there was to be no final inspection of the equipment by ODH. Upon my inspection, I noted some differences as to what was shown on ODH's Equipment Replacement Notification Form, and what actually exists at the pool. The information on this report represents the equipment which actually exists at the pool. The minimum required flow rate as shown on ODH's Equipment Replacement Form was incorrect. I updated with the correct minimum flow rate, which is 691 gpm. |
