3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) Repeat Gates or doors were not self-closing and lockable. Repair gates or doors in order to be self-closing and lockable.

3701-31-04 (C)(2) Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.

Comments

The chlorine level was very high. Operator dialed back the chlorine feeder. Also - the operator reported that a new pump was installed, and it is not identical to the prior pump - in fact, may be larger. I explained that an equipment replacement notification must be turned in to Ohio Department of Health for the Engineering Unit to approve the change. I'll email that form for you to complete. The flow meter is not working - again. Operator stated that it comes and goes. Finally, the gate to the pool was standing open when I arrived. Gate needs to self close and latch.
