3701-31-04 (B)(6)(bb)(vi) Diving board fulcrums were not fixed or locked in the forward most position during noncompetition use. Ensure that the fulcrum is either fixed or locked in the forward most position during noncompetition events.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) A pressure gauge was not functional at the time of inspection (pressure gauge on filter 1 & 2). Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

Comments
One of the pressure gauges on the filter containing filters 1 & 2 was faulty. Operator stated that it would be replaced. Diving board (tallest) just needed to have the fulcrum adjusted all the way forward. All else was good!
