3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) Repeat Required turnover rates were not met. Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.

Water quality was good! Safety requirements provided. Discussed changing motor, as that might improve rate of flow. Provided an Equipment Replacement Form to submit to Ohio Department of Health in case that is pursued. Also, discussed pulling the original plans to see what size the motor was originally approved for. (Those data sheets were sent in a separate email.)
