According to the records provided and operator, the combined chlorine was not being tested prior to opening.

Upon making the operator aware of this, a "Swimming alone is not recommended" sign was posted.

- At the time of inspection, all safety equipment was present and in good repair. Also, the water quality readings were within normal limits.
