The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(l)/Electrical hazards shall not exist. At the time of inspection, the underwater light was not observed connected to a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) breaker or outlet. To prevent electrical hazards from occurring, electrical hazards shall not exist. Upon making the PIC aware of this, the PIC reached out to an electrician for the underwater light to be connected to a GFCI breaker.

- Inspection was conducted to check the status of the electrical hazard violation, underwater light not being wired into a ground fault circuit interruptor (GFCI). At the time of reinspection, the underwater light was observed wired into a GFCI breaker and upon testing, was satisfactory. Violation was corrected. The posting of the "swimming alone is not recommended" sign will be checked during the next standard inspection.
