3701-31-04 (B)(1)/Public swimming pool shall operate free of an imminent health hazard. Public swimming pool was in operation while an imminent health hazard existed. Observed activity pool with an entrapment hazard. Do not operate the pool when an imminent health hazard is present. Fix the imminent health hazard before the pool is put back into operation.

Operator sent photos of the activity structure with the required cone to prevent an entrapment hazard. This is sufficient evidence for opening of the pool. The photo has been noted to file in our database.
