- At the time of inspection, the pH reading on the automatic chemical controller was observed at 7.42 while the reading pool side was observed at 8.0. Also, according to the records at 1400, the operator observed the pH pool side at 7.2. Ensure the pool side readings are comparable to the readings at the automatic chemical controller. Also noted at the time of inspection, the PIC on duty was unable to check pool water quality readings or make any corrections to such. However, the pool operator was within 30 minutes of the pool. - Remove the straps from the spine board and ensure the ring buoy and rope are in good repair. Also, ensure the ladder is in good repair - has end caps at the bottom.
