3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a) Corrected During Inspection Critical The main drain covers were observed not secured. To prevent entrapment hazards, all outlet covers shall be secured. Upon making the PIC aware of this, the PIC secured the main drain covers.

3701-31-04 (B)(6) One of the skimmers was observed with a cracked cover and without a basket. Upon making the PIC aware of this, the PIC had someone obtain a new cover and basket.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(ii) The backwash line was observed without an air gap. Place a an air gap between the drain pipe and drain.
