Multiple ladders around the pool were observed without escutcheon plates surrounding the handles leading into the concrete. To prevent the pooling of the water, install escutcheon plates.

At the time of inspection, the shepherd's crook was observed being held together with duct tape. To ensure proper function, replace the shepherd's crook.

Repeat The deck surrounding the pool was observed with chipping concrete. To prevent hazards, repair or replace the decking to eliminate the hazards. When replacing or repairing, if substantial alterations or repairs are made, contact the Ohio Department of Health for plan review.

Comments
- To prevent hazards, remove the loose concrete from the pool.

- Upon have discussions with the PIC, it was determined the pool is drained to a pit in the pump room which then drains to a dedicated septic system. When inquiring about the backwashing of the filters, the PIC was not aware of where the water is discharged to. The pipes in the pump room appeared to direct the backwash discharge the opposite direction from where the pool septic system is located.
