3701-31-04 (E)(4)(d)(i) Corrected During Inspection At the time of inspection while the diving board was in use, a lifeguard was not observed supervising the diving area. While in use, the diving area shall be supervised. Upon making the PIC aware of this, a lifeguard was stationed in the diving area.

Comments
- Ensure combined chlorine is measured and documented prior to opening and every 12 hours while temperature is measured and documented daily. - At the time of inspection, the water quality readings met the requirements set forth in Ohio Administrative Code 3701-31. Also, all the safety equipment was present and in good repair.
