Special feature was not maintained in good repair or in accordance with the manufacturer specifications. Manager immediately removed the special feature and began to figure out a temporary solution. Manager plans on buying whole special feature piece as a replacement. Repair/maintain all the special features in good repair and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. If necessary, replace broken components. |
