3701-31-04 (B)(6)
Repeat Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed play structure missing a bolt causing the structure to be overly flexible. (On the side nearest the tanning chairs). Repair.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)/Public swimming pool shall operate free of an imminent health hazard.
At time of inspection, observed insufficient protection from entrapment in the netting area of the activity structure. To correct this issue, operator stated that three vertical cargo nets are to be placed to prevent access and entrapment. Operator stated that a lifeguard will be placed in netting area to ensure patron safety.
Do not operate the pool when an imminent health hazard is present. Fix the imminent health hazard before the pool is put back into operation.
Comments
Upon re-inspection, observed the activity structure entrapment hazard secured with cargo nets as discussed on the previous inspection. Management decided to station a lifeguard at the netting area as well to ensure patron safety.
