3701-31-04 (B)(6)(z) Repeat Special features were not maintained in good repair or in accordance with the manufacturer specifications. The netting underneath the slide on the play feature of the sprayground was observed loosed and not tightly fastened. Also, the water catchment on the play feature of the spray ground was observed loose. Remove entrapment hazard (netting) and tighten water catchment to ensure equipment to spray ground is maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specs. Repair/maintain all the special features in good repair and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. If necessary, replace broken components.

An image of the netting being securely fastened and tightened down to eliminate an entrapment hazard was provided. Based on this, an on-site re-inspection did not need to occur. Image attached in a separate note-to-file.
