Repeat At the time of inspection, the ORP was observed at 388.
To allow for proper chlorine concentration, the ORP shall be at or above 650. Increase the ORP.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c)
Critical Repeat At the time of inspection, the free chlorine was observed at 0.0 ppm.
For the pool to be properly disinfected, the free chlorine shall be at or above 1.0 ppm. Increase the free chlorine to at or above 1.0 ppm.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e)
Critical Repeat At the time of inspection, the ORP reading was observed at 388 and the free chlorine was observed at 0.0 ppm.
To ensure proper chlorine concentration, the Automatic Chemical Controller shall be maintained in good repair. Repair or replace the ACC to ensure the ORP is at or above 650 and the free chlorine is at or above 1.0 ppm.

At the time of inspection, the pH was observed at 7.0
To allow for the chlorine to properly disinfect the pool, the pH shall be between 7.2 and 7.8. Increase the pH of the pool to within normal limits.
3701-31-04 (C)(3)
At the time of inspection, the alkalinity was observed at 40 ppm.
To ensure the pool is properly balanced, the alkalinity shall be at or above 60 ppm. Increase the alkalinity of the pool.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h)/Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
The flow meter was observed at 0.0.
To ensure proper flow, the flow meter shall be maintained in good repair. Have the flow meter repaired or replaced.
Comments
- Reinspection was conducted from the report written on April 24. At the time of inspection, the flow meter was working, however, the water chemistry will still not observed within normal limits (see violation). Upon request from Miami County Public Health, the pool was closed. Continue to cease operation of the pool until the water chemistry returns to normal and a reinspection is conducted by Miami County Public Health. During this reinspection, not only does the operator need to be present but also a representative from EcoLab. Contact the Environmental Health when a reinspection is able to be conducted (937-573-3504). Also, because the history of the pool operation, a representative of the license holder will be required to meet with the Miami County Public Health Board of Health in July. An exact date and time will be provided at a later time.
