3701-31-04 (B)(1)(l) Critical At the time of inspection, the underwater light was not observed connected to a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) breaker or outlet. To prevent electrical hazards from occurring, electrical hazards shall not exist. Upon making the PIC aware of this, the PIC reached out to an electrician for the underwater light to be connected to a GFCI breaker.

3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) Repeat At the time of inspection, the facility was observed without a "Swimming alone is not recommended" sign. To limit water accidents, in the swimming pool area, post a sign stating "Swimming alone is not recommended."

- In the pump room, ensure there is an air gap between the discharge line and drain. - At the time of inspection, the underwater light was not observed connected to a GFCI breaker or outlet (see violation). To ensure the underwater light is connected to a GFCI breaker and tests properly, a reinspection will be conducted on or after 11/7/22.
