3701-31-04 (E)(3)(d) Corrected During Inspection The pool was closed but the "WARNING or DANGER - POOL CLOSED" sign(s) were not posted. After informing PIC, the proper signage was posted. Post the "WARNING or DANGER - POOL CLOSED" sign at all times the pool is not available for use.

Wading pool not open at time of inspection due to the disinfection system not functioning. Facility operator stated that maintenance personnel attempted to replace the pressure gauge on top of the sand filter without first turning off the system, resulting in possible damage of equipment. "WARNING, POOL CLOSED" or "DANGER, POOL CLOSED" not posted at time of inspection. After informing operator, signage was posted for inspector review prior to departure. A reinspection will occur on or after 06/28/23 or when the system is fixed and able to be checked and tested.
