Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. The escutcheons on the rightmost railing entering the zero depth entry area of the activity pool were observed loose and jutting up from their basing. Properly seal and ensure these are tightly fastened.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Repair.

Repeat Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Observed areas of the deck with concrete in disrepair.
Repair areas of the deck where concrete is loose, jutting upward or otherwise creating a potential for a trip/safety hazard for swimmers/bathers.

Repeat The north gate where maintenance workers and heavy equipment enter the pool area was observed with a gap larger than 6 inches. The gate appeared to have been hit with a mower and the metal pole was bent creating a larger gap. Repair the gate fencing in this area to prevent unauthorized entry into the pool.

Repeat Special features were not maintained in good repair or in accordance with the manufacturer specifications. 1.The netting on the special feature/play feature has a substantial gap present which creates an entrapment hazard underneath. The netting shall be fastened down or tightened to prevent a potential entrapment hazard. 2. On the exterior framing of the special feature/play feature (east side), a missing bolt is present and allowing for the paneling to be loose and in disrepair. Correction: Repair/maintain all the special features in good repair and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. If necessary, replace any broken components present.

Comments
The following observations were also made at the time of inspection:

1. The slide to the special feature/play feature was beginning to crack at the top where children enter the slide
2. The right hand side of the red water play gun's metal plating was beginning to come loose to the touch

Watch these following areas to ensure they do not become a potential safety hazard in the future.

The expiration dates of the activity pool's main drains are going to be checked. If not on file, the Person-in-Charge to email documentation pertaining to the main drain covers.
