3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p)
Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Observed large chips in the deck surface.
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occuring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval.
3701-31-04 (C)(2)
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Observed a pH of 7.0
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3)
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Observed total alkalinity of 30 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b)
The unguarded pool was in use without the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted.
Post the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use. Use exact terminology as shown above.

Observed main drain cover not secure as required. Upon informing the operator, the pool was voluntarily closed. Keep the pool closed until the main drain cover is secure and a representative from MCPH can verify.
Comments
Upon re-inspection, the main drain cover was observed secure. Continue checking that the main drain cover is secure frequently.

Pool residuals satisfactory at time of re-inspection.
