3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a) Critical Observed main drain cover not secured and expired. Acquire and implement a new, approved main drain cover before opening the pool.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(ii) Backwash lines and lines from drainage sumps did not have an air gap prior to discharge. Observed wading pool without adequate air gap. Implement a sufficient air gap (2-4 inches above inlet). Open the lines that discharge into the backwash or drainage sumps so that there is an air gap and the lines can drain freely.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed flow meter non-functional. Repair. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Observed chipped concrete around the skimmer nearest the entry gate. Repair. Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occuring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval.

3701-31-04 (C)(2) pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Observed pH of 7.0 Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.

3701-31-04 (C)(3) Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Observed alkalinity of 50 ppm. Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.

3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) The unguarded pool was observed without the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted. Post the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use.

At the time of inspection, the main drain cover was observed expired and un-secure. Acquire an approved main drain cover and install before opening the pool. Re-inspection to occur on or after 6/1/2022. Inspection conducted with Shane Snapp and Jason Dreier.
