All the below is in violation of OAC 3701-31-04: -Pool mechanical room door is not lockable. Fix door. -Auto-controller is not reading correctly. Fix any issues that is causing the problem. -Chlorine levels was not at 1 ppm or above, ensure pool is always above 1 ppm of chlorine. If chlorine is not at the proper level, pool must close. Pool manager turned up the chlorine feeder up, to raise the chlorine to proper level. Manager is monitoring pool frequently to ensure the chlorine level, until all issues are fixed. -Pool emergency phone is not working properly, the button that is pressed does not call 911 unless the button is held for a long moment. Refer to manufacture instructions and see if this is how the phone was made. If this how the phone operates, post sign above phone explaining the quick use of phone. If the phone is not working properly replace or fix.
