| - Consult was conducted with the water quality check conducted by the Miami County Health Department Intern. During the consult, the gutters were assessed for stability and to determine if they presented a hazard. It was determined the gutters were a slip hazard and need to be recovered or replaced. Also, in areas were shorter gutter sections were not supported, there was instability when they were stepped on. Because of this instability, those gutter sections need to be reinforced. Prior to getting them reinforced, it is acceptable for the areas to be blocked off (with a orange cone). Completion of reinforcing the gutters and the start of recovering them shall be done by the next standard inspection (two weeks). |
