3701-31-04 (B)(1)(k)/Chemical storage or use shall not result in imminent health hazard. In the chemical storage room, boxes of acid and boxes of chlorine were observed being stored adjacent to each other. To prevent the mixing of chemicals, all chemicals shall be stored separate from each other. Separate the boxes of acid and boxes of chlorine.

- Reinspection was conducted to check the status of the chemical storage. At the time of inspection, the boxes of acid were observed being stored separate from the boxes of chlorine. The sprayground is approved to operate for the season. The functionality of the flow meter will be discussed and checked during the closing inspection.
