3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed flow meter for pool line was not functioning properly upon inspection. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

Met with pool operator and the general manager and told them that they are to send pool records for each week by either through e-mail or through fax (937) 573-3502 until we can be sure that the equipment can run properly.
