3701-31-04 (C)(2) At the time of inspection, the pH was observed at 7.0. For the chlorine to properly disinfect the pool, the pH shall be between 7.2 and 7.8. Increase the pH of the pool to within normal limits.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) At the time of inspection, the emergency telephone was observed in disrepair. To ensure the authorities are able to be notified during an emergency, a working telephone shall be provided. Repair or replace the emergency telephone.

- Besides the emergency telephone, all safety equipment and signs were present and in good repair. - A reinspection will be conducted prior to May 26 to check the status of the emergency telephone and the pH of the water.
