Person-in-Charge (PIC) stated that the flow meter will be replaced. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

Decking and pool liner observed with numerous cracks and deterioration throughout the pool vicinity. Fix cracking and deteriorating decking and pool liner. Person-in-Charge (PIC) stated possible plans for full pool replacement. Ensure Ohio Department of Health (ODH) is contacted to ensure the design of the proposed new pool goes through plan review with ODH and is approved prior to starting construction.
