To prevent suction and entrapment hazards, the main drain cover shall be installed properly and secured. Upon making the PIC aware of this, the operator voluntarily ceased operation of the pool.  |

Upon making the operator aware of this, the he stated the pool would remain closed. When closed, ensure a "Danger, Pool Closed" sign is posted. Contact the health department when the main drain cover is resecured. A reinspection will be conducted on or after 4/14/2022. |
