- At the time of inspection, the automatic chemical controller (ACC) was observed being by-passed. According to the operator, the ACC was being by-passed due to not knowing how to function it. The records indicated the pool was being tested every 2 hours while the operator stated the water quality is tested every hour. At the time of inspection, all the water quality readings were within normal limits and the safety equipment was on hand.
