3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair. During the inspection, the top step of the ladder was observed broken. Repair or replace the ladder so that it is in good repair. During the inspection, the operator removed the step and blocked off the ladder until it can be repaired/replaced.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(v) Critical During the inspection, the GFI outlet under the yellow "social distancing sign" was observed in disrepair with exposed wires. Operator taped out lid cover shut and placed an object in front of the outlet to prevent use. Operator stated they will have the outlet repaired.

Comments

During the inspection, it was observed that one of the main drain covers were recently replaced. Operator must submit documentation that both drain covers are not expired and are in compliance with the Virginia Graeme Baker Act by March 31st. Provide documentation when the pool ladder has been repaired/replaced. Pool ladder and GFI outlet must be repaired/replaced by March 31st. Reinspection will occur on or after March 31st. During the inspection, the free chlorine was tested and observed at 1 ppm. Discussed with operator to ensure that the chlorine stays above 1 ppm.
