At time of inspection the ORP level was reading 575. After discussing with the operator, the facility will take chemical readings every 4 hours while the facility is open until the ORP reads >650 and the inspector observes this. Consider probe replacement as the Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) also had a pH reading that did not reflect what was tested with the DPD-Test Kit.
