3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) Repeat Observed the circulation pump flow meter non-functional. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) Repeat Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Observed rubber deck surface degraded. Upon re-inspection, the rubber deck was observed in progress undergoing repairs. Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occuring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval.

3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) Repeat The unguarded pool was observed without the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted. Post the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use.

3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) Critical Repeat Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Free chlorine observed at 0 ppm. Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)/Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications. Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed pole used for overhang tarp broken in half. Repair or replace pole. All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.

Upon inspection, the chlorine level was observed at 0ppm. You may not operate the wading pool until an adequate level of chlorine has been verified by operators AND verified through inspection by MCPH. Re-inspection to occur on or after 5/27/2022. Re-inspection conducted with Shane Snapp.
