| - Inspection was conducted to check for needed repairs to the deck, pool and perimeter fencing. At the time of inspection, the fencing and pool appeared to be in good repair. Did observe cracks in the deck. PRIOR TO OPENING NEXT SEASON, REPLACE THE DECK OR FILL IN ANY CRACKS. IF INTEND ON FILLING IN THE CRACKS, ENSURE THEY ARE FAIRLY LEVEL AND SMOOTH TO PREVENT TRIP HAZARDS OR ACCIDENTS. The pool is closed for the season. |
