The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e)/Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly. At the time of inspection, the automatic chemical controller (ACC) was observed reading 760 while the free chlorine was observed exceeding 50 ppm. Upon making the operator aware of this, the pool was voluntarily closed and "Danger Pool Closed" sign posted. The operator stated the system will be shut down and flushed, the water will be partially drained, and ACC will be calibrated.

Comments
- Reinspection was conducted to check the oxygen reduction potential (ORP) on automatic chemical controller (ACC) vs the chlorine residual in the pool. At the time of inspection, the ORP was observed at 680 while the free chlorine was observed at 3.4. Upon making the operator aware of this, along with the pH, the ACC was calibrated. The violation was corrected and is satisfactory.
