| 3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) During the week of July 9, the free chlorine was not observed being tested. To ensure there is adequate free chlorine level in the pool prior to opening, the chlorine residual shall be checked prior to opening and every 12 hours. Test the free chlorine prior to opening.  |
| 3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) At the time of inspection, the flow rate was observed at 70 gallons per minute (gpm) resulting in the turnover rate being 8.5 hours To ensure the entire volume of pool water flows through the system every 8 hours, the flow rate shall be 75 gpm. Increase the flow to ensure the flow meter is reading at or above 75 gpm. |
