3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a)/Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance At the time of inspection, the main drain cover was observed not secured. To prevent entrapment hazards, the main drain cover shall be secured. Upon making the operator aware of this, the pool was voluntarily closed. Continue to cease operation of the pool until the main drain cover is secured AND a reinspection is conducted by Miami County Public Health. During the inspection, the operator posted "Danger Pool Closed" sign.

- Reinspection conducted to check the status of the main drain cover installation. At the time of inspection, a new main drain cover and locking ring was installed by SwimSafe. Documentation of the new main drain cover was provided and observed on the electrical box in the pump room (installed on 3/15/24 with a 5 year life span). During the inspection while testing if the main drain is secure, unable to loosen or remove the main drain cover. Violation was corrected and is satisfactory.
